I was so stoked when Lauren and Forrest contacted me wanting to book their 1 year anniversary session. I also couldn’t believe that it had already been a year since their wedding at Hidden Falls. Seeing as how they live in Seattle, it was totally thrilled that they were coming down to San Antonio to visit family and celebrate! We wound up doing their session at Eisenhower Park.
Let’s start off with the cake. Lol. As you take a look below, they had saved the top tier of their cake. And the funny part is that it didn’t quite make it home that well after the night of the wedding. We loved that we set up beautiful, cozy looking spot outside and right there in the middle was this lopsided cake. I kept telling them that the hipsters are gonna love it. Haha.
Lastly, Lauren kept the tradition going from their wedding day and totally iced Forrest yet again after they exchanged gifts. They were a whole lot of fun.
