For a long time, I’ve felt that there’s something inherently off with most boudoir photography out there. The problem I have with it is that it doesn’t reflect real women and their lives. My vision for boudoir is all about authenticity and honesty. I’m not saying that my approach is better than anyone else’s, but I want to offer women something different – something that truly reflects who they are. That’s why I don’t include lingerie that they wouldn’t normally wear, high heels, or cheesy accessories like pearl necklaces. I don’t offer hairstylists or makeup artists either. Instead, I capture my clients in their own homes, wearing their everyday clothes – nothing fancy, just them being themselves.
