I’m always incredibly grateful that I get to do what I do for a living. There are tons of talented photographers out there. So, every time a couple hires me to photograph them, it’s an honor.
Kelsey and Josh actually came to me because they wanted some fall engagement photos. In fact, they already had booked another wedding photographer, but they came across my work and loved it. I guess it’s pretty obvious, but my favorite seasons are Spring and Fall, so they felt I was a perfect fit. We got along and connected really well, as I do with all my couples. They booked me early in 2015 and waiting until the end of the year just to get that fall look. Once again, it’s why I feel so grateful that I get to do this for a living. I had a great time. Towards the end of the session, we were walking through tall grass trying to take the “shortcut” out of the park. It turned out it wasn’t much of a shortcut and I’m sure some of the people who saw us walking through there were wondering what the hell we were doing. Lol.
