Brittney and Cody both love fall and the outdoors, so having the wedding at a state park in November made the most sense to them. They both like to keep things low-key so a backyard barbecue style wedding fit their wants and needs. For their Enchanted Rock elopement photos, they wanted the colors and decor to have a Fall/spooky vibe because that’s what they’re all about.
Their day was celebrated with a few close family members and friends. And although it was at a state park with gorgeous views, they still managed to keep things feeling like a backyard barbecue. It was great. Brittney’s dress is from David’s Bridal and Cody’s suit was from Men’s Warehouse.
This wedding will go down as one of the weddings I’ll forever remember too cause it was the first wedding where I backed up into some catus. Lol. I was so embarrassed. It was right before sunset while we were doing their couple’s portraits. I didn’t want to lose light, so I picked out a few needles and kept on with the shoot. Once I got home a few hours later, I was changing out of my clothes and found more needles in my leg. Lol.
Here’s some kind words from Brittney & Cody:
“We could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. Anthony was quick to respond, very involved, really cool, and down to earth. His vision matched exactly what we wanted and our high hopes were surpassed by his work. He was flexible to what we needed and was able to work around the craziness of our wedding, including some cacti. We look forward to working with Anthony again in the future. Would highly recommend!”
