Stephanie and Cameron got married at the beautiful Gruene Estate in Gruene, TX. That day is a bit cloudy and right before their ceremony.
I had to attend a Caturday Brunch my fiancee hosted at our apartment on the original day of Stephanie and Cameron’s couples session. It rained that day and we had to reschedule.
The couples that hire me deeply care about their wedding photos. Whether you’ve hired me or someone else, I’ve written some wedding photography timeline tips to ensure a smooth flow of your wedding day photos.
This was the first time I’d ever photographed a family member’s wedding. Lemme tell you, I was nervous as hell. When my cousin contacted me, in his email he made sure to tell me that he was not searching for a “family discount”, but just genuinely appreciated my style of photography. He and I have always shared similar interests, particularly in styles of music.
Michael’s love for Erin is deep. The way I see him look at her, it’s totally obvious. He’s such a good man. Erin’s laugh and smile is simply contagious. As I was editing their engagement photos and Erin’s bridal photos, I couldn’t help but smile. And she’s an incredibly sweet person. They’re both filled with so much love and have the kindest of hearts.
This Hotel Emma wedding was stunning and so fun! The Spurs Coyote crashed their wedding reception to kick off the open dance floor!
Erin’s session is definitely a memorable one because we found an awesome location that didn’t have signs posted about closing times. So, we rocked the hell out of the session, headed back to the car, and found out we had been locked inside. Lol.
If you’re looking for a smaller outdoor venue for a shorter wedding in San Antonio, TX, Ninna & Abiel pretty much found a gem! Their Gardens at West Green wedding was perfect.
This was the first time I’d been to Corpus Christi since I was 18 years old. This was also the first time I’d photographed a couple near the ocean. I’m so used to shooting outdoors in grass and trees. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much of the color blue in the photos I create. Lol.
We originally had plans to go to a river, but on the day of the session we realized it was Saturday and that it would be packed. Truth is, I don’t plan much out with my sessions. Cause at the end of the day, what actually matters is the love and connection between the two people I’m photographing.
Ruth & Ben’s San Antonio elopement was honestly the very first elopement I’ve photographed. I’ve photographed a few weddings with very few people, but this was the first time there were no guests present. The whole day was beautiful, peaceful, and intimate.
See the beauty and power of vulnerability through portraits of individuals with loose skin after weight loss. Join the journey of one client who shares her story of reclaiming her health and body, and finding peace and celebration through photography.
Moments are what fuel me. Real moments. The ones you can’t take back. The ones that stop time. It was hard choosing photos to blog from Alex & James’ Gardens of Cranesbury View Wedding, so I went with just my favorite moments. My approach with any wedding is to just be a guest. And photograph things like a guest, family member, or friend would want photographed.
