I'm Anthony
Hi, I’m Anthony Gauna (he/him/they), a San Antonio-based photographer specializing in weddings and boudoir photography. Since 2012, I’ve been dedicated to capturing life’s most intimate and joyful moments. Inspired by my wife’s encouragement, I ventured into boudoir photography in 2021 to create empowering and personalized experiences for all.
I understand it’s not typical to see a male boudoir photographer, and I ensure a safe, respectful environment where you can feel celebrated. With nothing but 5-star reviews on Google, my approach is documentary, intentional, and cinematic, focusing on genuine moments that highlight your unique beauty and personality. Your boudoir session takes place at your home, an Airbnb, a studio space, outdoors, or any accessible location. The session includes up to 3 outfit changes (including nude), wardrobe and location planning, and lasts up to 2 hours.

Add additional hours to your package to ensure everything is covered. The maximum hours I will book is a total of 12 hours.

You don’t have to book extras right away. Just choose what you know you’ll need for now. If you want to add more later, that’s no problem at all.
Second Photographer
A second photographer acts as my wing person doubling your coverage and ensures every bit of your day is documented.

Boudoir Album
Your albums is 8 x8 ", includes up to 15 images, and feature lay flat, panoramic spreads, thick photographic paper, and a leather or velvet cover. I design it the entire thing for you. I send you a proof of the design before it gets sent to print. This is a great way to showcase your photos or makes a great gift for your partner.

Your wedding album is custom-designed by me so that it visually tells the story of your day. It's printed using museum quality archival inks and papers. You can't get these anywhere else. Ask to see a sample album in person to see what all the fuss is about.

For the clients I work with, boudoir photography is a big deal! It’s a unique and empowering experience, right up there with any other form of self-care or celebration. I’m honored to be a part of your journey, and I want to make it super easy for you to secure me as your boudoir photographer.
Unlike most boudoir photographers, I do not upsell or charge per image. There’s no need to decide if you want an album or prints upon booking either. I only require $125 down to lock in your session. Your remaining balance is due one week before your session. Please note that location fees are not included in the package price.

WHO ARE YOUR BOUDOIR SESSIONS FOR?
Frequently Asked Questions
No modeling experience is required. I will guide you through poses and provide direction to make you look your best.
DO I NEED MODELING EXPERIENCE?
Bring different clothing options that you love and make you feel confident. The more options, the better. You may also want to bring items to personalize your shoot, such as flowers, fabrics, chunky sweaters, etc.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE SESSION?
Most of my clients prefer doing their own hair and makeup to keep it minimal and natural-looking. However, if you would like to book a hair and makeup artist, I recommend either Viva La Glam or Jax Studio.
DO YOU OFFER HAIR & MAKEUP?
Yes, I do! I’m currently looking to build my portfolio for steamy couples sessions and boudoir for couples. To kickstart this, I’m offering a generous discount for these sessions. If you’re interested, please reach out for more details and to take advantage of this special offer.
DO YOU OFFER STEAMY COUPLES SESSIONS OR BOUDOIR FOR COUPLES?
Nudity is not required. The session is tailored to your comfort level.
IS NUDITY REQUIRED FOR BOUDOIR?
Yes. Putting together a Pinterest board with around 20 images helps me understand the vibe and poses that speak to you. From there, I’ll collaborate with you to make it all come together.
CAN I REQUEST CERTAIN POSES OR CONCEPTS?
Absolutely. I encourage bringing a friend for support. It’s also great if you need help with fixing your hair or makeup.
MAY I BRING A FRIEND?
Every boudoir photo featured on my website or social media has been shared with permission. You can choose to allow the display of any photos, only anonymous photos, or request complete privacy with no photos showcased. Additionally, you can customize your preference by letting me know your comfort level with photo sharing.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PRIVACY?
I keep editing simple and consistent with what you see on my website. I won’t Photoshop your body or remove scars, only temporary blemishes. I include mostly color photos but mix in some black and white as well.
HOW DO YOU APPROACH EDITING & RETOUCHING?
You can expect to receive your edited photos within 2-3 weeks after your session. I’ll provide you with a link to a private online gallery where you can view and download your images.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Yes, I offer both prints and albums, with most clients choosing an album. I work with trusted companies to ensure top quality and privacy. For these reasons, I advise against printing at places like Walgreens or Shutterfly.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS OR ALBUMS?
In two hours at my home, he was able to shoot and provide dozens of finished photos! I couldn't believe how easy and fun it was to work with him.
