Getting to photograph Amy and Joe’s journey has been such a joy! From their engagement session at Government Canyon to their beautiful elopement at Pedernales Falls, it’s been incredible to be a part of these milestones. And now, seeing them as parents? It’s so sweet!
We met up at Brackenridge Park for their first-ever family session, and wow, it did not disappoint. Between the sunshine filtering through the trees, the giggles, and the sweet moments, it was pure magic. Their little one is already stealing the show. See if you can spot when their son took some photos. Yes, I gave their 2 year old my camera and showed them how to take photos. Super cute.
And knowing they’ve got another on the way? Let’s just say, the future family sessions are going to be even more adorable (and maybe a little more chaotic, in the best way).
It’s been an honor to capture these big life moments for them. Watching their family grow is a reminder of why I do what I do—freezing these moments so they can look back and relive the joy all over again.
